About
The Council of Deliberation will hold its annual meeting to discuss rules, guidelines, and structure for future Grand Lodges with its appendant bodies seeking admission into The Sovereign United Supreme Council. It is composed of the active and honorary Grand Inspector Generals of the Supreme Council from Florida.
Mission
The Florida Council of Deliberation is the authority for Scottish Rite Freemasonry in the State of Florida and works under the governance of the Supreme Council, 33° for the Southern Masonic Jurisdiction of the United States of America. It is the largest in total membership in the Southern Masonic Jurisdiction.

To provide continued growth and opportunity for scholarships for our youths. To excel in supporting the leadership without the FCOD
